By purchasing any product or service from Notoria Fitness ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them before completing your purchase.
All sales of digital products are final. Because our programs are delivered as downloadable PDF files, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the purchase is complete and access is granted. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that no refund will be issued.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
All sales of single coaching sessions are final. Once purchased, your session must be booked within 30 days. If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
All sales of the 6-month coaching package are final. This is a one-time payment for six months of coaching access. No partial refunds will be issued for unused sessions or early discontinuation.
Monthly coaching is billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the current month once payment has been processed.
To cancel your subscription, contact us via email or through Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation requests must be received before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
Our website contains affiliate links to products we personally use and recommend. If you purchase through these links, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products we genuinely use — affiliate relationships do not influence our recommendations.
Notoria Fitness provides fitness coaching and educational content. We are not licensed medical professionals, dietitians, or therapists. Our programs and advice are based on personal experience and should not be taken as medical advice. Consult your physician before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.
